Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our product we do not issue refunds. You will not be permitted to cancel any confirmed orders. However, if you fail to receive an email copy of your report we will resend a copy to your email address. To request a copy of your report please contact us at support@mouseprice.com. Payment

We agree to take payment from you by credit card for all sums due under these terms and conditions. In consideration of this you agree that payment shall be made in full, without cancellation, deduction or withholding whatsoever.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be in breach of the Terms for failure to perform or delay in performing any or all of its obligations as a result of an event of force majeure ("Event of Force Majeure"). For the purposes of the Terms, Event of Force Majeure shall include without limitation acts of God (including flood, fire, earthquake or other similar event), riots, war, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes, epidemics, failure of telecommunication systems, failure of the world wide web, governmental restraints and act(s) of legislature or any cause (other than lack of funds) outside the reasonable control of the affected party. Neither party shall have any liability to the other in respect of the termination of the Terms as a result of an Event of Force Majeure.

General

These services shall be deemed to have been provided in England and Wales and shall be subject to the laws of England and Wales. The parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. These Terms and Conditions, constitute the entire understanding between us as to the subject matter hereof, and supersede any and all prior agreements and understandings.
