InstantValue™ Integrated
InstantValue™ Integrated provides users with individual property valuations. This Automated Valuation Model (AVM) based service is primarily used in UK lender mortgage/loan origination activities; in particular re-mortgages and further advances. Valuations are provided via either an online interface, or direct data feed.
