We offer a highly comprehensive and up-to-date database for finding comparable residential properties.   The unique dataset includes listings from almost all estate agencies in the UK matched to Land Registry listings and surveyor viewings.

Fly-by valuation™

Search valuation estimates and comparable evidence via a unique mapping interface.

This product enables the surveyor to see a wealth of comparable transaction and valuation data within a one kilometer square area around the postcode you’re looking at. Information displayed includes:

• Individual building outlines overlayed on satellite imagery and mapping

• Bird’s eye views where available

• AVM Lite™ valuations and estimated accuracy levels

• Detailed individual property data where available, including: property type, age, year built, bedroom numbers, building footprint size in square metres, and transaction history.
